SANCHAY POST 7.5 PATCH 11 BY SDC CHENNAI

Prerequisite:

1. Ensure that Backup of all databases relating to Sanchay Post are taken and stored in external storage devices. 

2. Ensure that Sanchay Post Version 7.5 and all the patches related to it (in the same order given below) have been installed in the system.

a) Service Pack 1 dated 29_May_2014

b) Patch 5 dated 07_Nov_2014

c) Patch 6 dated 23_Sep_2014

d) Patch 8 dated 20_Nov_2014

e) Patch 8.1 dated 03_Dec_2014

f) Patch 7 dated 23_Sep_2014

g) Patch 10 dated 21_Jan_2015

h) Patch 10.1 dated 03_Feb_2015

If not installed please install the above patches in the same order

3. DO NOT RUN UpgradeDB / UpgradeDB PPF RD / KVP_Tool / SSA Upgrade, SSA_DEP_Upgrade again. (As your POST DB is upgraded already at the time of installation of Sanchay Post 7.5/ Service Pack 1/ Patch 8, 10, 10.1 respectively)

4. Sanchay Post Version 7.0 should not be available in the system.

Note :
Patch 11 msi should be installed in server and all client machines. [after DAY END]
“Patch11 Upgrade” should be executed only once in SERVER. It shouldn’t be run in client machines.

SANCHAY SO TO HO FILE GENERATION PROBLEM AFTER AD ROLLOUT

After joining India Post domain sometimes Sanchay SO to HO files are not being generated at the time of day and . This is due to password problem of local user account. So it is better to change the administrator password of local system at the time of domain joining. If the password of local administrator account is blank before joining the domain, leave it blank only.
Solution:

• Remove System from India Post domain to work group.

• Right Click on My Computer ->Manage->Local Users and Groups ->Users->Right Click on Administrator->Set Password-> Proceed->Leave password fields blank and click on OK.

• This will leads to the user account to blank password credential.

• Rejoin the system to India Post domain.

3. Enter the Security Credentials which you have provided with Department of Post.

4. No message Charges for OTP (One Time Password). We shall deliver you Activation OTP on your Registered Mobile Device. Please enter the OTP on the screen which asked you to enter the OTP and proceed further.

5. Once successfully validated you will be asked to enter 4 digit MPIN. Please enter 4 digit MPIN of your choice and you will be activated for Mobile Banking Application.

6. For login into Mobile Banking application, please enter your User Id and the new MPIN.

ERROR WHILE OPEN TD A/C IN TD DATAENTRY-SOLUTION

          While open a TD A/c in TD Dataentry ,We are unable to enter amount in Amount tab. SO,unable to open TD A/c in data entry. Apply below solution & you can open TD A/c in Data entry.

SOLUTION :

       Login as SuperUser in Sanchay Online Transaction & go to Person Operation as Below :

       Choose Modify Person option ,Select Data entry operator (1) & Give that person power of DECOUNT (2) also By Selecting Decount from Below : 

  Click OK & Quite Super User.

        Login in TD Data entry as DECOUNT instead of DSUPER or DESUPER & Open A/c in same menu.

SPCOD Error " Query Timeout Expired" - Solution

      

       SPCOD ને Speednet  માંથી Postaman મોડ્યુલ માં ટ્રાન્સફર કરતી વખતે " Query Timeout Expired" નામની એરર આવતી હોય છે.

       

આ એરર ના સોલ્યુસન માટે નીચે ની .exl  ફાઈલ  Screept tool  માં રન્ કરાવવી ,ત્યારબાદ  SPCOD ને Speednet  માંથી Postaman મોડ્યુલ માં ટ્રાન્સફર કરી શકાશે.

               SPCOD ને Speednet  માંથી Postaman મોડ્યુલ માં ટ્રાન્સફર કરતી વખતે  SPCOD ના નંબર હાથેથી લખવા જેથી એરર વંચાય .

Ø        ઓપરેટીંગ સિસ્ટમ ( વિન્ડોવ્ઝ ૭ ,એક્સપી વિથ સર્વિસ પેક ૩)

Ø         ઈન્ટરનેટ એક્ષ્પ્લોરર્ ૮.૦

Ø         અડોબ રીડર ૫.૦ કે ઉપર

Ø         જાવા ૬.૦ કે ઉપર

Ø        સીફી નેટવર્ક ( યોગ્ય સ્પીડ હોવી જોઈએ )

Ø        કમ્પ્યુટર સાથે જોડેલ પ્રિન્ટર માંથી બરોબર પ્રિન્ટ નીકળવી જોઈએ .

ઈન્ટરનેટ એક્ષ્પ્લોરર્ ૮.૦ માટેની સેટિંગ્સ :

Ø           McCamish (PLI/RPLI software) માત્ર ઈન્ટરનેટ એક્ષ્પ્લોરર્ ૮.૦ પર જ કામ કરશે.

Ø           Internet explorer icon પર ક્લિક કરો અને Internet option માં જઈને General Tab માં Home page  માં http://172.16.20.44/DashBoard/loginPage.action# URL પેસ્ટ કરો જેથી ઈન્ટરનેટ એક્ષ્પ્લોરર્ ખોલતા જ વેબસાઈટ ખુલી જાય.

Ø           Security Tab પર ક્લિક કરી Trusted Sites માં જઈને  Sites પર ક્લિક કરવું અને નીચેની બંને વેબસાઈટ તેમાં પેસ્ટ કરીને ADD કરવી :

                        http://172.16.20.44/DashBoard/loginPage.action#

                        http://plireports.indiapost.gov.in/

           

Ø           Require server verification (https :) for all sites in this zone માંથી ટીક કાઢી નાખવું અને Close કરવું.

Ø           Privacy ટેબ પર ક્લિક કરવું અને બટન ને સાવ નીચે લાવી  Low માં  સેટ કરવું અને Turn ON Pop –Up Blocker માંથી ટીક કાઢી નાખવું અને Apply કરવું.

Ø           Content બટન પર ક્લિક કરી ને Clear SSL state પર ક્લિક કરવું અને OK બટન દબાવવું.

Ø           Alt + F બટન દબાવી નીચે મુજબ પેજ સેટિંગ કરવી ,

                        Left Margin (Inches)   value 0 (Zero),

                        Right Margin (Inches) value 0 (Zero),

                        Top Margin (Inches)   value 0 (Zero),  &

                        Bottom Margin (Inches) value 0 (Zero).

Ø            Headers & Footers માં બધા માં જ Empty ઓપ્સન સિલેક્ટ કરવું અને OK બટન દબાવવું.

            

     

Ø            Internet option માં General Tab માં Delete બટન દબાવવું Password and ActiveX Filtering સિવાયના બધા જ સિલેક્ટ કરવા અને Delete બટન દબાવવું .

Ø            હવે Delet ની બાજુના Settings બટન ને દબાવવું અને Check for Newer version of stored pages માં Automatically સિલેક્ટ કરવું નીચે View files બટન દબાવી જે ફાઈલો દેખાય બધાને CTL + A દ્વારા સિલેક્ટ કરીને Shift + Delete કરવું અને OK બટન દબાવવું.

Ø            ઈન્ટરનેટ એક્ષ્પ્લોરર્ ને રી સ્ટાર્ટ કરીને વેબસાઈટ ખુલે છે કે નહિ તે ચેક કરી લેવું.
