1. New Interest rates w.e.f. 01/04/2015 configured for SCSS Account. Maturity amount for old accounts also can be viewed by entering Date of opening in Home page.
2. KVP (new) option is included in home page of Interest calculator. Discharge value of KVP (old) can be viewed in another link provided in bottom of Calculator table.
3. SSA Approximate maturity calculation - link is added in the Main page of Calculator (at right bottom of calculator)

Solution of DPT Discrepency : SB Accounts Having Invalid IBB Date,Lot Date ,Ledger Count

 

           After adding SB Interest for Financial year 2014-15 Through Interest Updater new DPT Discrepency Appeared "SB Accounts Having Invalid IBB Date,Lot Date ,Ledger Count " .

         For Solution of This Discrepency Login to Sanchay Post Online Transaction as SUPER, Click on menu INITIALISATION and Select Sub Menu  0410 Financial Year -SB/PPF/NSS/SSA ,Change Start date to 01-04-2015 and press enter End date automatically change to 01-04-2016. Done this for all 4 Schemes & Click on SAVE. 

      Kindly Re Generate DPT & Check above Discrepency.

SOLUTION FOR MSDTC SERVICE RELATED ERROR AFTER AD ROLLOUT

MSDTC Service Error After AD Rollout

Error: MSDTC Service not running in the server having counter database. At the time of printing submit account of Point of Sale after Active Directory Rollout.

Solution

This error occures if the MSDTC service is running in local system. To solve we have to change the logon of the service to network service.

Instruction for Installation

• Download attached SSScanner from PoTools.
• Paste the same into SSScanner File Folder.
• Create Shortcut into your desktop.

Procedure

1. Connect WebCamera before Execute the Scanner Tool.
2. Login into Sanchay Post Supervisor > Common > Signature Scanning click Enter to open SS Scanner.
3. Select Scheme and enter Account Number and then click Scan.
4. After Finished scanning process , Click on Exit.
5. Click on Verify.
6. Click on Store (Exist / New) then press Enter.

અંગ્રેજ નરાધમોનાં નામે અોળખાતા અાંદામાનના ટાપુઅોનું 'અાઝાદીકરણ' ક્યારે ?

જ્ઞાન-વિજ્ઞાનની સાડા ત્રણ દાયકા લાંબી સફરમાં ૨૫૦મા અંકના સીમાચિહ્ને પહોંચેલો ‘સફારી’નો પ્રસ્તુત અંક બે કારણોસર વિશેષ છે. (૧) ચાલુ અંકથી ‘સફારી’એ નવું સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કર્યું છે. અંકના લેઆઉટ્સ તેમજ ગ્રાફિક્સ ધરમૂળથી બદલાયાં છે. (૨) અઢીસોમા અંકને વિશેષ અને વજનદાર બનાવતું બીજું કારણ ‘એક વખત એવું બન્યું...’ વિભાગ છે. આંદામાનમાં સેલ્યુલર જેલ નામના દોજખમાં કાળાપાણી કહેવાતી સજા પામેલા ભારતીય ક્રાંતિવીરોની આપવીતી નગેન્દ્ર વિજયે ‘એક વખત એવું બન્યું...’માં વિસ્તારથી વર્ણવી છે. આઝાદીની લડતમાં હીરો બનીને ઊભરી આવેલાં વિરાટ પ્રતિભાનાં નામો વચ્ચે એવા સેંકડો ક્રાંતિવીરોનાં નામો ખોવાઇ ગયાં કે જેમણે અનેક શારીરિક તેમજ માનસિક યાતનાઓ વેઠીને આઝાદીની લડત લડી અને છેવટે આંદામાનની સેલ્યુલર જેલમાં મોતથી પણ બદતર એવું જીવન વીતાવ્યું. આ કથા એ ભૂલાયેલા (તેમજ ભૂલાવી દેવાયેલા) સપૂતોની છે. ઇતિહાસકારોએ તેમને યોગ્ય રીતે શાબ્દિક સન્માન ન આપ્યું, આપણાં પાઠ્યપુસ્તકોએ તેમને સ્થાન ન આપ્યું અને રાજકારણીઓએ તેમની ભારોભાર અવહેલના કરી. આ અક્ષમ્ય ગણી શકાય તેવો અપરાધ છે.

અંગ્રેજો પૂરતી વાત કરો તો આંદામાનના કાળાપાણીની સેલ્યુલર જેલ તેમની હળાહળ અસંસ્કારિતાની તેમજ આસુરી મનોવૃત્તિની પ્રતીક લેખાય, પરંતુ આપણા માટે તો એ જેલ આઝાદી કાજે અપાર કષ્ટ વેઠનાર ક્રાંતિકારોની તપોભૂમિ ગણાવી જોઇએ. આમ છતાં સ્વતંત્રતા બાદ રસ્તા પરથી સત્તા પર આવી ગયેલા આગેવાનોએ પહેલા દિવસથી જ તેને અવગણવાનું શરૂ કરી દીધું. ઓગસ્ટ ૧૫, ૧૯૪૭ના રોજ ભારત આઝાદ થયાના સમાચાર ૧૦ દિવસ પછી આંદામાન પહોંચ્યા. પોર્ટ બ્લેર પર ત્યાં સુધી બ્રિટનનો યુનિઅન જૅક ફરકતો હતો. આમાં આપણું ગુલામીનું માનસ સ્પષ્ટ દેખાતું હતું. આ માનસ સ્વતંત્રતા મળ્યાનાં ૬૮ વર્ષ બાદ હજી પણ દેખાય છે. આંદામાન-નિકોબારનાં મુખ્ય ટાપુઓ આજની તારીખેય અંગ્રેજોના નામે ઓળખાય છે અને તે નામો અંગ્રેજ નરાધમોનાં છે. હેવલોક, આઉટરેમ, હેન્રી લોરેન્સ, જેક્સન, નીલ, હ્યુજ રોસ, સ્ટુઅર્ટ વગેરેનો તેમાં સમાવેશ થાય છે. નામો એ બ્રિટિશ સેનાપતિઓનાં છે કે જેમણે આપણા ૧૮૫૭ના સ્વાતંત્ર્યસંગ્રામને પોતાની લશ્કરી એડી હેઠળ કચડી નાખ્યો એટલું જ નહિ, પણ નાદિરશાહની યાદ અપાવે તેવો હત્યાકાંડ ચલાવ્યો. કાનપુર, મીરઠ, ઝાંસી, લખનૌ, અવધ, બુંદેલખંડ અને વારાણસીના મોરચે ક્રાંતિકારી ભારતીયોને વીણી વીણીને માર્યા અને જેઓ શરણે આવ્યા તેમનેય જીવતા છોડ્યા નહિ. હજારો જણાને ગળે ફાંસીનો ગાળિયો પહેરાવી વૃક્ષોની ડાળે લટકાવી દીધા. વિશેષ ધાક બેસાડવા માટે અમુકને તોપના મોઢે બાંધી તેમના શરીરનાં ચીંથરાં ઊડાવી દીધાં. આ તમામ પાશવી કારસ્તાનો હેન્રી હેવલોક, જેમ્સ આઉટરેમ, હેન્રી લોરેન્સ, જેમ્સ નીલ, જ્હોન લોરેન્સ વગેરે અંગ્રેજ સેનાપતિઓનાં હતાં. ૧૮૫૭ના સ્વાતંત્ર્યસંગ્રામમાં તેમણે અદા કરેલી ભૂમિકાની કદરરૂપે આંદામાન-નિકોબારના મુખ્ય દ્વીપોને અંગ્રેજરાજે તેમનાં નામો એનાયત કર્યાં હતા. બીજી તરફ ૧૮૫૭ના ભારતીય ક્રાંતિકારોનાં જખમો પર નમક છાંટવા તેમને કાળાપાણીની સજા ફરમાવી આંદામાન મોકલી આપ્યા હતા.

 

આજે રાજકીય ગતકડાં તરીકે બેંગલોરનું બેંગલુરુ, પોન્ડિચેરીનું પુડુચેરી, બોમ્બેનું મુંબઇ, કલકત્તાનું કોલકાતા, મદ્રાસનું ચેન્નઇ, ત્રિવેન્દ્રમનું થિરૂવનંતપુરમ્ તેમજ ઓરિસ્સાનું ઊડીસા કરાયું છે. (કેટલાંક વર્ષ પહેલાં કેરળ સરકારે તો રાતોરાત સામટાં ૩૦૦ ગામોનાં નામો બદલી નાખ્યાં). આ બધાં નામો તેમના પ્રચલિત રૂઢ સ્વરૂપે ચાલુ રખાયાં હોત તો તેમાં શરમાવા જેવું કશું નહોતું, બલકે શરમજનક તો આંદામાન-નિકોબાર દ્વીપોનાં નામો છે. આ દ્વીપો બટુકેશ્વર (દત્ત), બારિન્દ્ર (ઘોષ), (ભાઇ) પરમાનંદ, ઉલ્લાસકર (દત્ત), (વીર) સાવરકર, (બાબા) પૃથ્વીસિંહ આઝાદ, ઇન્દુભૂષણ (રોય) વગેરે ગૌરવશાળી નામો વડે ન ઓળખાવા જોઇએ ?

આ રાષ્ટ્રસપૂતોને લગભગ ભૂલી જવાયા છે. એક સંગીન વાક્ય જો કે યાદ રાખવા જેવું છે : A Nation that forgets its martyrs has no future.

Government Announces Interest Rates for Various Small Savings Schemes; Rates to Come Into Force with Effect from 01.04.2015

It was decided by the Government of India that interest rates on Small savings Schemes will be linked to yields on government securities of comparable maturity. In pursuance of that decision, the Government has decided to revise the rates applicable on various small savings schemes as given in the table below.
